Scheduling Eugene's annual street festival is always a balancing act between University of Oregon events and our fickle Fall weather. This year, the organizers decided to hold the celebration early to ensure good weather. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate. Despite continuous rain during Saturday's parade the crowds were enthusiastic and supportive and a steady stream of visitors kept the S.A.R.A. booth busy all day Saturday and Sunday.
